There you go again. They are Bulgarians, mostly. You keep getting hired by company after company and within a month you have quit and are bad mouthing them online. If it was just one company okay maybe they where bad....but repeated company after company.....time to look in the mirror dude cause it ain't the companies its YOU!

 

How do you know they are decent? Have you worked for them?

 

BJT and Arka not the same company. BJT is for owners and customer freight, Arka is for Brokered.

 

Actually I've worked for this company for a few months and I've got to say that they were one of the best companies I've had the pleasure of working with in my 10+ yrs of experience. Now I do live in the area so I had no need to be brought in or put in a hotel but honestly all the out of towners I spoke with were very happy. Pro's Is that you pick 1099 or W2, E-logs or paper and everyone no matter if your otr/regional/local gets offered a minimum of 1k.(most drivers were actually making 1,100min- just so ya know ladies . The people that I dealt with (all except one) were very professional and friendly. Con's , as a regional driver I drove very few miles and did a lot of waiting. Once I was late ( my fault, I admit) and the pay reverted to mileage. As a result I lost hundreds of dollars. they're very protective of there record so they will charge you for tarnishing it in any way which is understandable but I was charged 250.00 for a warning by a local cop. No inspection, not on CSA. Nothing on FMCSA over a month later. I told dispatcher and driver manager that I wasn't going to take another load til that was resolved. So of course they call the young safety lady who did not appreciate that and told me so. That kind of power should not be given to a child. As a result I have yet to receive my money and am no longer working there.

 

My company operates the same way in tarnishing your record. However, they only hit us if anything is received in a DOT INSPECTION ONLY. That young safety lady, me thinks.. she messed up!

 

Yeah well , she was teaching me a lesson of who's in charge. "Cross her and you'll never see your money AGAIN". Despite my strong work ethic, dependability, clean safety record and experience they let her get away with it. What can I say. Honestly, I was on my way out anyway. I absolutely hate waiting at customers for hours on end especially in small mid roof sleepers(bran new one's) but still very small and I needed to go local
. I just really regret leaving the way that I did w/out any notice. The company was very good to me.
