Made it to the Dallas OC. The earliest they can get it into the shop is Monday. My load has to be delivered in Sealy, TX by 23:30 on Monday and I'm due home on Wed for the switch out (pod driver). Going to call Des Moines in the morning and see what they want to do. The shop said that since they know about the problem if I were to keep driving it any service calls would be on me. In other words I can't leave with this truck. They said I could get a loaner truck. Not really wanting to move all of my stuff into another truck only to have move all of it again (into my car this time) when I get back to the Des Moines OC on Wed.

 

Welcome Center, West bound, Mississippi on the 20.. chilly outside. truck says its 191 out side tho.. must be a dry heat.

I think your guys yard is just on the other side of the freeway from ours (Knight) in Dallas. If anyone wants to meet up tomorrow let me know ill be in Dallas in the evening after I drop this tlr off in Sherman.

 

Called Des Moines this morning. Was told to wait until my dbl gets in tomorrow and see what he wants to do so I'll be at the Dallas OC all day. Truck won't start right now (same issue I've been talking about) so they'll have to jump it to get unhooked from the trailer and into the shop (hopefully tomorrow like they said last night). Unplanned day off. I'll be inside listening to the race on Sirius Internet radio. If you are here or passing through stop and say hi.
