Do drivers get paid extra to tarp loads?

At TMC driver get 20-25 depending on tarps used. I pay my drivers 35-100 depending on customer.

 

i got 25 well 12.5 to tarp/12.5 to un tarp. got it down to about 30-45 depending on load and conditions. and its not really that much.try tarping in 25 MPH winds, or when its freezing rain.

 

I get 40 for every tarp load

 

Last time I tarped was a month ago in Mississippi. Took me about 3 hours. It was over 100 outside and 90% humidity. I worked for 10 minutes then had to sit in air conditioned truck, cool off and drink.

 

the norm is more like $20-$25, some companies pay better like Melton $40, It it will vary industry wide but the norm for most company trucks is lower

 

Is it $25 to tarp, and remove it or $25 each?

 

I get 50$ for tarping... Doesnt matter 1 tarp or 2
