    yup they use Rand Mcnally miles here and not practical miles like FRE was using.

    That's so wrong!! Most companies pay zip code to zip code and you loose about 25mi or so per trip. Celadon pays city limits and take 10 percent of your miles and sticks it in their pocket!! That's stealing from your employees if you ask me!!
