OTC sleep aids?

I don't want to spell it out here, but for us middle ager's, our wive's know that moments after s_x we are asleep!

 

melatonin with L-theanine
diphenhydramine
sleepytime tea

 

A happy ending will put you to sleep quickly as well....

 

Nyquil will knock you right out.But with any sleep aid you need to change the sleep aid after so long because in time you'll become immune to it.

I don't drive, but the last time I went from the swing to day shift rotation a 'adult real world' dose worked PERFECT for me. I took it as soon as I got home, was asleep soon after and woke up an hour early the next morning.

 

I'm a decent sized guy 6'2.5" 240-250 pounds and not obese lol. 4 Benadryl is over kill and have a tolerance of crap not worth mentioning.. I take 2 on a full stomach and sleep is not my friend normally. 4 no way in heck, get 2 hrs of deep sleep then wide awake or it's too much and no sleep at all.

4 wtf, anyones mind will be foggy. 4 Don't do it.
