Yeah they're a decent outfit. 20.75 days 21.75 nights. Load bonus instead of ot, under 30mi is $40 anything over 30mi is $60. If my dad does 2 loads a day its better than ot he says. Average about 400 a day. Only drawback is no set days off schedule but they don't mind taking a day off here and there. My dad usually takes a day off every 8-10 days and you usually have 7-10 days off in between frac's. The daytime and night managers are both real laid back. I'm currently going to classes for my cdl and my dads manager put in a good word to the company there hauling for me to get on their frac crew once i pass my road test

Anybody have an update to this company, hours, pay, etc???
-
Right now is not the time to get into the patch. My old man is still driving for them but they're running a skeleton crew. Supposedly they have work threw next year but my pops isn't betting the house on it. My dad is pretty well in the loop with the company man and its spotty at best now. They're down to 1 rig left but heard rumors about bringing another one up.
They're only working days right now doing 3 stages a day if that tells you anythingrabbiporkchop Thanks this. -
10*4, much thanks for that update. As I'm being told by someone there, just started with them a week ago, that all is going strong & well in they're Midland, Tx outfit. They are using too many ext. independents vs many trucks sitting empty on they're Midland yard! I've talked with the HR hiring person & he assures me that things will be solid for awhile. $18 hr., 70 hrs week till reset, + $42 per load x 10 weekly ave. It all adds up to good mulah like the good ole days, but Im in Vegas & a bit sceptical to running back for a "whim"!!! I'm going with Roehl here in the Vegas area 7/7 or 14/7 will have me home more

Anyone reading this looking to get back into the patches, take it all with a grain of salt... -
A few years ago 2500 was an average week for a company driver at Resource but not anymorerabbiporkchop and MadMax17 Thank this.

you can still do that hauling oil today. There is no point in hauling sand for pennies
