    Yea thats true .

I wont abandon or quit under dispatch of a load .

I will take it to the terminal . Well a terminal . May not be the one of their liking , but its better then parking it in the woods somewhere and saying qualcoms unplugged . Go fish !!:biggrin_2559:

Wow. I guess I should feel privileged that she not only got out of the truck when I met up with them in El Paso and Las Cruces, she got into my car.:)

Stuck at the Peelot in Layoverado. Driving truck #219, a 2008 Kenworth T660 oddball truck from our regional fleet. While it runs faster (68) and has ganas (ISX-485), it's cramped compared to my Volvo 780, which was still having regeneration issues, so in order to make some money I took a loaner.

I guess I'm spoiled by my Volvo, lmao.

At the Peelot outside of Indy I70 x96. Can't park at the receiver so stopped here for the night. Deliver at 0800 then reload and head to Lynchburg Va

Pretty much tired of sitting here too. I have been here all day now waiting on one of those "preloaded" trailers....:biggrin_25513:

Should have gone to the Peelot off the 465. You could have gotten a new hood.

I hear they have 75% fewer lot lizards due to the flea bag motel shutting down.

FatDaddy's advice is very good... I agree with him...
When I gave my "Resignation letter" to my dispatcher, I did so in person at the terminal during my "hometime".
And gave them the option to send me back on the road for 2 more weeks if they needed so or let me go right away...
My dispatcher and I had a GREAT relation... He gave me two weeks to think it over while I was taking "hometime"... He didn't want to let me go at all but I left because my dedicated account ended and I didn't want anything else there...
So, yes, do like that and it will be ok... :yes2557:

Got two brand new Michelin steer tires, truck got PM and I hit the road again... on my way to receiver tomorrow.... Now parked at a Phillips 66 somewhere in OK about 15 mins from receiver... DSP gave me next load assignment when I left terminal... but some mins later said it was cancelled.... Will have to wait till tomorrow to find out where I will be going after empty... Actually, would like to go back to terminal cause they replaced Navigo in the truck with CoPilot and the darn thing doesn't work at all... :biggrin_25510: I prefer my GPS and my own routing but used that Navigo sometimes to compare with my route and clarify some doubts...

I guess as someone who owned trucks I'm seeing this a little different..

not my problem and not in the mood to debate with the new breed..

good luck GT, I'm out of it..
