Its not because you are black. There are a lot of black drivers. Stop using that as your excuse. Take personal responsibiblty. There is something about you personally that is keeping you from getting a job. Figure out the problem and fix it. Unprofessional additude or appearance? Bad work history? Bad driving record? Expectationsactions for job/pay too high?

 

You arent supposed to go to jail. What do you want a cookie?

I'll set aside my opinion that you are trolling and address your comment.

I'm an employer who has hired hundreds of people in my career. There is no way in hell I'd every hire somebody with the attitude above. No chance - EVER.

Poor me, I'm Black, the world has it in for me because of my skin color. I've hired a lot of people from every race, but there is no way I (or almost any other employer) would wish to poison his staff by adding someone with this attitude. Want proof? You can't find a job. Put aside this skin color nonsense and go find success.

FYI - I have fired whites and blacks who have shown themselves to be racist.

My co-driver is black and he's the best dang wing man and friend a driver could want. I've NEVER ONCE heard him play the race card. He got a job. The same job I have (I'm a whitey). His work ethic is impeccable. Are you getting this OP?
