Nobody in that office OR on this forum knows me from Adam. The only one in this entire company who knows my face is my DM. No one else does.

First year with Epes 107719 miles was out a aprox one month do to illness. Second year with Epes 122415 Miles. So far this year 101928 miles. Home every weekend. Well there were three weekends I was out do to break downs. I open my mouth and yes I turn down loads. I'm here to make a living and not here for BS. I will give you my truck number also 22053

I was Also told by a person that works in the office that I trust. There has not been 30 people leave in a week ever. I was told that in the last month only 10 people left and 2 of them came back.

 

NCdriver, I echo your sentiment about the 30 people quitting. I can't back that up with any numerical data about people quitting/not quitting, but 30 did seem high. Here's what I CAN back up...my miles and my pay. But to be quite honest, I don't really worry about what other drivers are doing or aren't doing. I only worry about me. As long as I continue to get the miles I've been getting the past 22 months, I am happy. I don't feel that Epes is a good "training" company. I feel they are a good company, TRAINING OR OTHERWISE. I will look for your truck number when I'm out and about so we can meet face to face. Be safe out there...
