I do know what I'm doing but I don't need to explain it to anyone! Sharla has never lied to us and that's what counts! I don't have a clue when or if you ever worked for FRE and it doesn't matter anyway. Just saying!!

 

Per diem is non taxable. You should be getting all .06 and non taken out for taxes. Per diem is listed on your w-2s as non taxable and not added to income earned. Hope this helps. Might want to call a tax guy or irs and just ask some questions about it.

Some of these drivers have worked with Sharla with more then one trucking company. Their feelings for her run way past FRE. She hasn't been good to deal with all drivers.

 

many companies charge the driver for per diem
like a handling fee
legal maybe
scam by lowlife companies for sure
lowers your taxes weekly
but lowers your gross for unemployment
car buying house purchase etc

Well I hate that and maybe I shouldn't tell her our plans to leave! I really like her but I've only know her for four months.

 

Personally I wouldn't tell anyone. Unless it is a place you might think about coming back to.
