I have an 85 Freightliner double bunk (108" cab) cabover that I acquired for a project last year. It ran daily up until June of 2013, when it threw a rod through the side of the 3406B. Motor is not usable. Has an Eaton 14609A 9 speed in it, convertible to a 13 speed with a backhalf.

Has Freightliner Airliner suspension. Truck is definitely salvagable to put back together and have a nice double bunk cabover, or use for parts. I feel the value (to me) is in the rear clip (cutoff) as it's a marketable item. Airliner cutoffs in this condition are worth a good piece of change with rears and all. It has 4:11 ratio. Interior is really nice other than the drivers side floormat area is gone, and the side of the doghouse is too. The rest is all nice.

Like I said, it can be put back together with another good 3406B mechanical, or used for another project.

I'm asking $3,500.00 for it, as the cutoff is worth every bit of it around here.

Any interested parties can PM me and I'll explain more if needed, or more pictures.
