Fuse H-11 (bottom row of fuses second from the right, 30amp) in the panel behind the clutch pedal is for the blower fan.

Thanks but the fuse is good mite be the motor itself

Yup sound like motor went bad if fuse is good. Not that hard to change on an 06, should be the same Id think on an 08. On the firewall under the hood Passenger side. If you do the work yourself get the motor and squirrel cages. Itll saveyou time and hassles.
