If you have any chrome don't let BB use Brightener or Citrus.

My company has the trucks washed once a week if they run. There is a local truck wash two miles down the road. They do an alright job. If I go out for a month the truck gets washed at least once minimum.

I have waited at Blue Beacon for an hour or more every time I've EVER been there. There have been a few times I waited more than two hours.
I only use local, small companies now and most of them will sign contracts to come out to my yard and wash trucks every week. I'm currently paying $18 per truck per week for a wash and an extra $8 if I want the engine washed. -

I've had that happen too where streaks are left on chrome after a wash at BB. The product is just a quick spray-on, spray-off product so you can't really expect a good chrome shine without getting out and applying some elbow grease.
