Stretch before you go to work, Previous employer gathered us around and had a stretching session and it honestly works.
Now I get sore in the ear from listening to crap, Can you recommend a solution ?

    Stretch it out !

So last night before my shift, I gathered some inch to 2 inch diamater sticks from the woods.
And I sat on a stick, layed sideways across the back of the seat. That seemed to help for a lil while.
Every hour or so I would take it out or put it in a diff spot.

I think it was helping to loosen up knots in my muscle.

Good find.In physical therapy they use big foam rolls to loosen up knots
in your back.Wish I had one,and also wish my insurance paid for it.
You roll yourself on it,and it did do wonders, that and the hot towels.
My boney but still needs a cure :smt001

If you find yourself getting all butt hurt, stop driving for cheap companies. :D

I see lots of people saying the left hip. For me it's always the right. I don't sit on my wallet I can't stand stuff in my pockets. I've tried my seat on every position I can imagine. It's a basic freightliner seat so no real adjustments to be made other than up, down, lumbar in or out, and the forward or back toward the wheel.

    Badmon Thanks this.
