This is to correct an earlier email that was sent to you regarding your service. Verizon Wireless, the carrier providing your wireless service, may be contacting you about options for your ongoing service. Going forward your relationship will be directly with Verizon Wireless. Millenicom will no longer have any role concerning your account and Millenicom does not now or will have any relationship with Verizon Wireless. I guess, if they raise rates away from bulk pricing to normal "retail" rates as I expect they will, it may make Onstar's cellular data service worth looking into. This is going to push a lot of amateur storm chasers who stream video out of the game if rates go to $150+ month for perhaps less then 6 gigs and require a contract, at that.

Verizons prices are the only reason I have never went to them, I am grandfathered into unlimited with AT&T which is the only reason I stick to them for all these years and I tether to my laptop using foxfi instead of paying their ridiculous tethering rates for such little data.

Up until today, nobody who needed "bulk" data used Verizon directly at their retail pricing. They worked with a bulk Verizon reseller (millenicom) If you're still on an unlimited plan from whoever, good for you. Enjoy it (whatever level of service they decide you can have unlimited) while it lasts. But for frequent data use in more remote/fringe areas, Verizon is still considered the benchmark carrier among those who know (storm chasers and oil/gas sector) and with whom data availability is critical (barring any local/regional providers/towers that may exist).
