Thank you for explaining how that works. On the subject of home time, do you know what the average time is that you spend on the road before going home? How many days off do they give you at a time? Thanks again for your help!

3 weeks out, 3 days home, after 4 days clean your truck out

granted everyone on here has said that hasn't been the case, its not enforced, but thats what they told me in Orentaion. i'm just telling you what you asked, plan for 3-on-3-off

I have to back Jabber up on this one. Its what I was told too in June at orientation. The clean your truck out doesn't mean termination though. It means possibly forfeit your truck while off work. With that said, it's not enforced. I've taken several days off. Call when you're ready to go back.

    knuckledragger and Leftnut Thank this.

    8 days?

on Wednesday I was in Florida and asked for 4 days off since I was out for 6 weeks (well will be by the time I get my hometime) and Jamie said it wasn't a problem, my main worry is I that they run me past my day off and try to get me to return sooner (we all know how this company works)

If a driver lives in the Everett Washington area, they would probably be dispatched out of Turlock California and would probably spend most of their time in the areas that are under Turlock's umbrella. In my experience it has always seemed that they like to keep Turlock drivers under Turlock's umbrella and they don't branch out very much. I could be wrong.

I'm a winter haven driver and if I'm out west I'm either going to or from somewhere in California between LA and the Tulare area. I've also washed at Danny's in Phoenix and picked up lemon juice not far from there. I've taken a load from there to Ontario California and I've also delivered one to Haines City Florida. I've never been in the northwest with this company. Then again, the northwest is Turlock's territory and I'm not a Turlock driver.

    knuckledragger Thanks this.
