What size might "fit" and what size is practical is 2 different things. Please specify.

From 10 inches to 50 inches depending on where and how you are going to mount it.

I would recommend the 19 inch Naxa the TA sells. Perfect size for me. Could be slightly larger but I would not go smaller. The trick is to find the right mounting solution though. I'm in a company ProStar so I can't drill. I built a wood box that I can fit my Burton stove under. On the box top I mounted a 4x4 post about 12 inches high with shelving braces to lock it in place. To that I mounted a flat screen mount to it. The old style tv straps hold the box down well. My tv isn't going anywhere.

Buy a TV from Walmart, HHGreg or Best Buy. You can get a better brand TV with much much better picture quality and for much less money then what they charge for those disposable TV's in the truck stops. I was in HHGreg a couple months ago and they had a Visio 24" 1080P TV for $139. 32" LG 1080P for $199. I had paid over $800 for my 32" Samsung 1080p a few years ago. Prices have come down a lot.

I'm using my laptop currently but momma promised to allow me to buy myself a new 4k TV this Christmas for my computer at home. Once I get it I will be taking the 32" 1080P Samsung TV I'm currently using as a monitor, and use it here in the truck. My Laptop has both VGA and HDMI out ports, so I can easily watch Net Flix and DVD's on the big screen.

I've never been inside a T2000, so I dont know how its set up in there. I have a Columbia, and I have a large storage bin that runs the length of the cab up front. I'm going to hang the TV up there when I'm using it. Then tuck it away behind the safety net on the back wall of my sleeper. I've already tried it out here in the truck while at home and works beautifully. I bought pipe strap from Lowes and bolted them to the wall mount holes on the back of the TV and then just hung it from the top bin. $7 for everything, including the screws.

I second this, get a tv from walmart or some other electronics store, I currently have that 24" vizio mounted to a cubby hole using clamps and a piece of rubber. Works great. As for prices coming down you're not kidding, just got a 42" LG off amazon for $350 and free shipping. That one isn't going in the truck.

What? You're not going to be on here in a few weeks asking why you're inverter keeps shutting down? (as you're powering your 42 inch tv and xBox and fridge and laptop)

Be sure and get an HDTV capable of playing movies off a USB drive. Oh crap it is awesome!

I have a 2TB Passport drive with a billion movies/TV series on it. They play on the TV really nice. When I'm home I just load more movies on there for my next time OTR. No need to worry about finding WiFi or cellular coverage. I can watch stuff any time I want.

This is a great tip! Flash drives (even smaller in size than a passport) are cheap and have lots of storage capacity these days. Many TV's now have a USB port (and / or an SD card slot for the same purpose) option on the side and a built in player app. The app will normally play the common formats (mp4, h.264, avi for example.) So checking ahead for models with a USB or SD slot AND the proper player app can be a big expansion to portable entertainment on the road!
