It's suppose to get .5 mpg to 1 mpg more than the standard engine. I just read about the International with the MaxxForce engine in RoadKing magazine, May/June 2008. It is suppose to be in the TransStars, and WorkStars, at some piont will be in the ProStar. Has anyone else read the artical? Does anyone know of or have experiance with this engine? The artical says they get .5 to 1 mpg more, among other good sounding things.
Anyone know what outfits run this engine?
Thanks
Any body know about International w/ MaxxForce engines

Either way i dont know about believing all em brochures, everyone says fuel milage is great this or that. Fact is the new engines and ULSD with 80k lbs i doubt you will see 6mpg OTR.
