No offense taken, we are on the same page about the different laws in different countries. I used to haul a lot of loads of cars from Michigan to up state New York. Never could figure out why we were restricted as to where we could run when we were loaded but empty we could run any routes we wanted to, not very rational to me. Then in the really old days an American driver would be stopped at the border and a Canadian driver would drive him and his truck to deliver the load and return them to the boarder. Never did understand that one either. Oh well difference is one thing that makes the world go round.
