pssh my battery AC runs for about 2 hours on high, maybe 7 hours on the lowest fan speed.

Then you've got battery issues. My unit will run AC for a solid 8 hours (assuming I've done the recommended things, such as pre-cooling), and the fan running in "neutral" (neither heating or cooling) will run perhaps twice that.

    mattbnr Thanks this.

Just dropping in to say good bye. John has signed on with Landstar and is in orientation right now. Schneider has been great but not enough freight on I-10 to get home to eastern Arizona. I can let anyone know how it works out for us. We got a new truck from SFI and will continue to make the payments. Stay safe. Mary

So still waiting (impatiently, lol) to get my new truck home. I'm still hoping the dealer might have someone coming up this way that could bring it up here, but if they still can't by the end of this week I'll suck it up and pay the truckmovers guys to bring it up here for me.

I talked with my SFI rep today and discussed the end of my lease with my truck from them. I will turn that truck in on November 21st. She stopped the billing for the maintenance account today and that will take 45 days before it closes out, so about a week or two after I turn the truck in I should get that balanced refunded to me. They will take a look when I turn the truck in for wear and tear issues such as tires, cracked windshield, etc., and bill that against the maintenance account.

She said because of the mileage on the lease truck (415k) it will probably not go out on a long term lease again, but that it will probably do some intermodal work (I'm guessing for contractors that sign on for intermodal?) out of Charlotte. I will be able to turn it in in Charlotte which is nice so I won't have to go all the way up to Green Bay.

Could you have called it a "test drive" and drove it home?
Had a brief chat with one of your followers yesterday.
Very brief,he was in fuel saving mode and I was hammering.
He chuckled when I told him who I was, so he gets it.
    May not admit it though.
