My friend worked for CRST and he had actual accidents and speeding tickets. I think he went back to them again and became an o/o.

I am still a rookie female driver and I do not try to impress or woman up (in my case).
I go out there and do the best I can but I realize my limits and my limited knowledge. I dont showboat, or try to do things I know I cant or shouldnt.
If i dont feel comfortable with something, I dont do it. I discuss it with my fleet manager and justify my decision and he backs me up every time. -
As a rookie I took my time and realized early that these other driver's have way more experience than me. As a more experienced driver now I still take my time and let these rookies make the mistakes. But honestly even experienced driver's make mistakes because they let that "I'm a experienced driver" go to their heads. Treat every situation like it's your first time every time and you'll be fine."Hey that rhymed"
tinytim Thanks this. -
Oh and JJ you have NOTHING to prove to Nobody! Because as soon as you mess up they like "Stupid idiot"..

Honestly you shouldn't care what others think of you, because you're going to have haters no matter what you do. Don't try to be politically correct and don't over-complicate the situation by thinking too much. Do your job you get paid to do and that's it. You'll be surprised at how easier driving becomes when you don't over-complicate it.

Start with Get Out And Look. Repeat as many times as necessary to avoid hitting stuff.

i did not read past your first post so forgive me if its already been said. but next time smack that deer. hitting a animal does not count against you. im a o/o a damage from a deer hit is a lower deductible on your insurance and considered no fault. "act of god" if you will. you get a new radiator and air to air bumper and some fresh paint from the insurance company for $500 bucks. not saying to try to hit them but make no sudden or extreme avoidance to miss them you put yourself at risk of having a at fault accident trying to avoid a no fault accident.
i have also found the best way to avoid a deer is to do nothing at all and they will normally just move out of the way swerving sudden braking tends to confuse them and that's when they cut right back in front of you and you smack them.
