You guys are funny. the M2 has enough room for a team as it does a solo, I've seen some 82 and 96" sleepers on them for H/W teams.
Hino? Please.... the last one I was in had a 96" ICT and it was nice, slow but nice.
My teammate just bailed. I am devastated.

think u have me confused with someone else. never said a word about a hino or the size of a sleeper. I asked what kind of truck she was driving
mje Thanks this. -
Not sure where ya spec'd your truck out, but NONE that I've been in had a air ride. There's nothing like a bunk attached directly to the frame when your trying to sleep...Criminey Jade and mje Thank this.

Air ride sleepers have been around for a long time. Bentz and others mid-range builders have them as options, ICT and other better builders seem to put them on the chassis with air only. The Hino I mentioned has air ride, it wasn't bad at all but slow. Mine was originally on the chassis, it is an older truck but it has air ride now.
I am wondering how many of you are owners or drivers. I know Criminey is a driver but ... you guys??mje Thanks this. -
My 07 Freightliner is a class 8 and has air ride. The other 2 trucks I was in were class 7's... aka business class. There's simply no comparison. From 220 hp feel every bump, rut, and pothole in the road to 440 hp and wow, the roads almost seem smooth! Mercedes engines, tho. The truck I'm in now has almost a million miles, but who cares.
No Cali, either. Too old. :0)mje Thanks this. -

i am on my 4th codriver since this thread started. By the end of November I will either be full-time solo or running with number 5.mje Thanks this.

How come you have so many co-drivers?mje Thanks this.
-
I know this is a old thread, but why in the heck does anyone fell they need a co-driver????mje Thanks this.

Some jobs are team only, like FedEx Custom Critical and Panther Expedited. And there are some drivers out there who prefer to run team for the support and help and company on the road. Heck, there have been time I wished I had a teammate to help secure some of the more difficult loads I've had!
mje Thanks this.
