That might be correct, but I have heard otherwise on more than one occasion.

You can have a fleet with Sni but only the truck you drive can be on choice. The other's have to be on the legacy board. I've been talking to SNI about it and thats the deal.

that kind of sucks. If Im putting more trucks on i want them all on choice even if i need to hire a dispatcher to handle that part. In my mind you can pay a driver and profit running on legacy

How would a dispatcher sitting at home know which hours your driver's would have available at any given moment. Also the load boards are set up so the drivers can only assign freight.

Its a small fleet communication should be good enough that the drivers will communicate with the dispatcher. Its no different than those of us that have our wives dispatch us. I'm sure they can change the board to allow multiple trucks to be assigned via one person log in.

There is a lady on the IC facebook page who has 2 trucks. She dispatches both off the choice board.

FINALLY got the KW to the house. I worked it out with the dealer to have one of their mechanics drive it up here this morning. Much cheaper than the truck transport service and made me feel a lot better than hopping in it myself and driving that distance without insurance.

I spent some time going over the truck more, got the couch folded up (holy crap there is a TON of room in that sleeper) and was digging through the cabinets and found an inverter (LOL) bolted to the wall of one of the cabinets I didn't check out last time I saw the truck. It's the big one that came as an option to the TriPac so it should be plenty to run a microwave and anything else. Nice heavy gauge wire and appears to have been professionally installed. Sweet!! Picked over the truck some more and got a little worried because none of the dash lights (like ABS or check engine light) were coming on at key-on. Then I noticed they are all on top above the visor in another panel. They all work fine lol. No idea what the small black panel in the center of the dash does, nothing lights up when I key on, so who knows what that is for. Maybe just turn signal, high beam indicators, etc.

Had to take it for a few spins around town. Couldn't help it. Can't wait to get this thing on the road.

There doesn't appear to be too much work that needs to be done before it will pass DOT. Front drive axle brake shoes look a little low so I'll have to take a real close look and see if it's time to do them yet. I'll need to replace one of the headlight lenses (or maybe the whole assembly, don't know if they are sealed or how KW has those lights set up), and one of the fog light lenses on the bumper is cracked as well. Missing a couple tail lights in the rear. Little bit of an oil leak from the front of the engine, not sure exactly where it is coming from but the head gasket looks nice and dry all the way around which is good. That was one of the first things I checked when I first saw the truck. May be a small leak from the front cover, or the compressor. I can see some drops forming on the bottom of the compressor but the oil may be leaking down on it from somewhere else. Gonna have to take a closer look, but it's nothing major so no big deal there. I'll definitely be spending some time getting the inside all cleaned up. Little dirty from the previous owner. I jumped on it so quick they brought it back from the detail shop before it had time to get through.

Now, I've had about 3 hours of sleep in the past 24 hours. Time to hit the sack.

Few pages back there is a Video he made. Shows the inside and out and gives the specs as he is walking thur. worth a watch. =)

DFO, defiantly a sweet ride. Looks like you got a good deal and she now has a good home. Let us know how she runs when you can get her out and running down the highway. I miss the days of my CAT =( but my Cummins comes in a very close 2nd even with emissions its still a decent motor.
