Parked Here for the Night

And after delivery this morning, I went back to that FJ in Dallas because DSP didn't have a load right away...
As I arrived at FJ, two nice gentlemen team drivers asked if I wanted to park at their spot cause they were about to leave... And that was a GREAT spot!!!



Right near the entrance.... Was there for a couple of hrs though... And my DSP sent me load info over the phone... Had to rush... no time for details...
Pick up in Dallas and now heading to AL... Two deliveries...
Was going to park at a rest area in LA but the darn thing was practically full... So, I came to an independent truck stop... Dark dirt lot... it was almost empty when I got here... but now I think it's full...

 

Hey wore out.... we are about 220 miles away... If you are going west on I-20, we may pass each other on Tuesday... I will be leaving here at 6:30 am central time...

you have any good shorts cuts from Flippin (Ranger Boats) down to Shreveport ??

 

About the best way is 412/62 to Ash Flat where you get 167 to Bald Knob then 67 south to little rock then 530 to pine bluff then 79 to to the line it turns to 9 at junction city and kicks you out on 20. I'm sure you know that way already but it's the best way for us. You miss all the coops they are all just portables through there and always closed. There is a little casino in the trees there on 9 just pass it up. Food sucks, whole place sucks I can't remember what they call it but it's got a log cabin or rustic look to it.

Backed up to the dock here in ATL. Gonna kick the green leafy stuff off, then ease over to the Peetro and relax for a bit. It's been an interesting trip. Y'all have a good 'un, check ya later!

 

Well training is going pretty good . I got to unload half of the trailer last night by myself. Lol. That was a new experience , but I got it done. I just have to stop letting one or two get nack past me when I am trying to run them off.

We are using a pot , but I think I am gonna get a straight deck when I get my own rig.

It felt pretty cool flying down the hwy with all those light lit up. Lol

And they say pigs cant fly.
