It's the most stupid setup you can think of. Most people blow around it but it's a sorta circle kinda deal. People use it ### a park and ride and it's just a nightmare plaine and simple. Hard to believe a little car could drive away after that.

Your reply shows a severe lack of understanding about commercial insurance. You know nothing of their personal situation; and your condemnation of her staying at home and raising their children shows real arrogance. It's pretty easy to judge and decide what's best with your mighty wealth of experience huh??

I think many who have replied have no idea about this facility!! It is NOT your garden variety coop by ANY means. And the car........nobody said it was little LOL........for all we know it was a drunk limo driver from an embassy and he has diplomatic immunity!!! In that locale.....ANYTHING is possible and the trucker isn't gonna get a fighting chance.Skate-Board Thanks this. -
Well said......

Since all of us have 0 first hand knowledge we are only surmising and guessing about the situation.Insuance will send adjusters to look it over and make a report. The HP might have done a incident report if asked. The driver did his report as company policy. These things will be taken in to account to decide the out come. it is not our decision.
The carrier they were driving for offered them an LP.They accepted like so many others have done. Now not all carriers are the same. There is the LP contract. Then comes the insurance contract. Double whammy. We do not know how those contracts are written. In many situations they contradict one another.. We all think we know every thing and we ALL are wrong. She is not going to spill all of her or their personal life on this forum. I have heard of these LP questionable whose at fault situations happen before to drivers and it is not pretty.
Most that have posted here have had some good suggestions. Some might work and some might not . Ridiculing someone is not acceptable. That must stop.SMTatham Thanks this.
