They have very correct data of DTP on brokers, I confirm.
They are factoring company collecting payments for many small trucking companies.
I'm checking every new broker there and I'm rejecting if they last 3 month average is over 30 days, especially if the load is over $1000double yellow Thanks this. -
Also http://bbcollects.com/ these people sending to me weekly email with list of debtors, fail brokers, and few times they collect some % of my invoice on bankrupt brokers.

Keep in mind also that the Days to Pay on the load boards is not even close to being accurate. The only way it can be accurate is if everyone goes back and fills out a form with ALL and I mean ALL the data on your load and when it was paid. This is complete BS because they use that data for what is called a Rate Mate which is a feature they charge you for!!!
rollin coal Thanks this. -
Here's a short list of the most recent brokers that racked up a ton of money owed to truckers then told them to go screw themselves. It's one of the best scams on the market. Build up a ton of money owed, collect it all from the shipper, declare bankruptcy then buy a place in Key West and retire. Look at some of the amounts. There are lots of brokers every week going out of business. I've seen some with over $700,000 owed.
Lady K, double yellow and Derailed Thank this.
