Kllm trucking

Yep, it was 3 weeks ago and I don't remember exactly but you could be right. Either way, better jump on it before it changes to a lower amount.

 

Is kllm a good starter company?? Stuck in a hard thinking procesd . I wanna do refrigerated and have offers from TransAm and May Trucking. Just wanted to know how kllm is

 

I have stayed with them over three years. Not much in truckin' years, but it is my entire trucking career.

Most lease drivers are taking home what they were making as a company driver, while paying off a truck. Everyone here says, "Don't lease!" But if you have a good work ethic it is pretty much a free truck.

I did 11 months OTR regional then moved into a local run shuttle McDonald's burgers. Now I am intermodal in Chicago and home every night. Some days are long, some short.

Thanks for the reply how are the miles at kllm?

 

The CEO records a "Driver Update" almost every Friday. He says we are at record freight levels. And if you are not getting the miles you want then talk to your dispatch.

He told us, when he met with us in Chicago, he will take a phone call or email from any driver if they have comments or concerns!

I run Chicago local only and average 1000 for a six day week.

Red Hot Mess, posted earlier in this thread and is OTR. How many miles are you averaging RHM? She may not reply for quite a while 'cause she runs hard!

I just texted RHM and she said, "So far this week she is at 3200!"

Ok I got a good work ethic and I'm ready to rack up as many miles they can throw at me

 

Actually, as of tonight I have 3341 paid miles in. Started Wed morn til Tue night. With the right load tomorrow (if I get it or if I really feel like doing it) I could end up with 3846 paid miles for the week.

This is not an average or typical week all the time. I run hard when I want. Other times I "play". My highest week was 4100+. I am a solo driver so those are good miles. It depends on YOU, the driver to go after the miles if you want them. They are there, just grab them.
