For those of you that realize the benefits of massage, there is a great new business that is across the country called Massage Envy. They are open 7 days a week, late night, early morning, you usually don't have to have an appointment. The massages are reasonably priced and usually they are located in strip malls that are easy for you guys to get to.

Considering I "resemble" that statement I had to chime in. Now we will return you to your regularly scheduled programming....

They do anyone that pays the rate ("you haf sikty dolla I gif good massach")

    $40 for 30 min
    $60 for 60 min

Here's a couple locations for ya
    Jessup,MD TA
    San Antonio TX Petro
    East St Louis, IL TA
    Jeffersonville,OH TA

The woman in Jessup is the best, but I've had great massages at the other 3 as well. Most of the time they even dress you at the end of the massage.

    Welcome marinegordon.
It's difficult. I spent 21 years assigned to the Corps as a Combat Corpsman. 10 years on the road now. Sit-ups on your bunk and push ups using the side of the bunk are about all you'll get.
Stay out of the Truck Stop Greasy Spoons if you can. Get a Coleman Chest type frig that plugs into the cig. lighter, a single burner butane or propane stove (yes, use common sense and be careful) and when you can a hi-cap Invertor of 1200 watts or so, which will allow you to carry a small microwave. The point of all that is, to eat in the truck. Salads, cereal, V8, and either canned food or some good frozen dinners is reasonably simple to do. You can even get a crock pot if you want. It'll save you a ton of money too.
There are going to be a lot of drops, most likely, where you'll spend hours waiting to be loaded or unloaded. Take the time to put in a mile or two when you can.

thank you all for the suggestions! that massage sounds a bit like a rip off? they had that stuff in the corp. but i never could bring myself to pay that much money for a massage.
