ferrelgas physical ability test

Thanks for response back. Ferrelgas is a great company, you will enjoy working there. I took the test yesterday and failed but I really think the testing company screwed up. According to them I had to do the 3 minutes on the 12 inch block at the set pace but my heart rate could not go above 115. Which is impossible physically to do. I had a trainer do it today and he failed. I think if I researched this right the test is suppose to be not to go above a set heart right which for me should be 150 then take a 3 minute rest and my heart rate should drop below 115. Again Ferrell is a real good company so enjoy.
