    Been driving for 4 1/2 yrs hav'nt heard to much or ran with any Minstar drivers looking to do the lease purches due to the fact that they dont hire company out of the springfield Ma. area any drivers out there have info on this company any one in a lease now with them?? hows miles, equipment, frieght EX.


    Its the same lease program as Bay N Bay & transport america i'm hearing

    Been there done that! Invest in a jumbo jar of Vaseline if you go there. Have spoken with several of their drivers both current and former. They do great for a while then pay settlements start getting confusing because 3000+ miles ends in a negative pay settlement and no one can explain why. Contracts say "no forced loads" but I have talked to drivers who say they refused a load and were punished by being made to sit for a week or more. Which put them behind on their lease payments for the truck and it was months before they got caught up again to where they saw a positive check. SERIOUS caution is warranted with this company.

    Put it this way...that lease from Minstar is the all time biggest scam around...Mitch is the ring leader of the scam...frankly what they're doing is tantamount to criminal behavior

    I run for MinStar, great company to work for, I average 2500 mi/week, very good equipment, we haul mainly Polaris but we also do broker freight
