No pay for work....NHE.

I could very well be wrong about this. But my understanding is you can claim unemployment up until you receive a paycheck, for instance, if a company holds back a week when your hired, you can still claim that first week even though you were employed. Worst that can happen is they want the funds back, with a regular paycheck coming in you can repay.

 

Some companies, my previous pay biweekly thats a normal for a lot of companies.

 

Look for another job ,NOW!!!!

 

I would be calling them every day ,you have a right to harrass them for your $ ....every day until you get your $ ....play stupid until they are sick of you calling
them asking time consuming questions ,ask the same questions every day ......you will get your $ when you make them sick of dealing with you
....Ask a lawyer about this
