As much as I would love to believe that,.. there was 1 sign after every merge ramp and another in between each exit. For 10 freakin miles!

Obviously who ever put the signs up realized there needed to be no room for a law suit in case someone said I didnt see any signs. LOL

I see it all the time I'll be driving and I'll see a sign that says " Trucks Use Left lane" I'll get over and trucks pass me and stay in the right lane. Either they don't give a crap or just can't read. I'm fairly new so what the heck do I know

Judging from what you see in truck stops I think not being able to read is more common than you think.

Next time tell him he missed the sign that says 'left lane only if volunteering for vehicle and a cavity search by federal marshals'.

A few days ago I was driving eastbound on US-60 in LA when I started seeing chunks of rubber on the road. Pretty soon I came upon a straight truck with the outside drive on the driver's side flapping around and starting to smoke. With a single drive axle and apparently loaded heavy he seemed to be having some problems controlling it. The inside tire was bulging...

... and yet he was driving for miles at 55-60 mph.

I pulled up alongside him, honked my horn to get his attention and pointed back toward his tire. After seeing my gesture he stared straight ahead. I went ahead of him then got into the right lane and let him pass. Honked my horn again and pointed down to his tire.

He didn't look at me, just circled his finger by his temple to indicate I was "Loco".

Rather than get involved in any kind of mess if that last tire blew I got well ahead of him.

One peak out the rear view could have let him know he had trouble. Mindless driving....

What gets me is the guys with the CB's that apparently didn't have them on, then as you're stuck in a jam because of an accident every 30 seconds you hear someone saying, "Hey! What's the hold up?"

Proper etiquette dictates turning on the CB and LISTENING for a while before being the 57th person asking the same stupid question.

Thats probably not a good idea. I saw a trucker with train blasters do that to a 4 wheeler and they panicked and almost ran off the road. 2 wrongs dont make it right.
