Not far at all. It's a 15 minute or less drive depending on traffic from the Harrisburg or Rutherford rail yard. No scale in the area. All of the PA loads going to Carlisle, Mechanicsburg, Camphill, Lewistown, Lancaster, Newville, and quite a few other places we don't cross a scale to go to. PA doesn't have permanent weigh stations so scales aren't as big of deal here as it is in some states since most of the time they are closed.

 

You mean I scale those PA load for nothing?

 

For PA intermodal loads going to Carlisle, Camphill, Aspers, Mechanicsburg, Lewistown, Lancaster, Newville, and some other places yeah we don't cross a scale going to them. However loads going to York PA and further down I-83s yeah we do have to deal with scaling there sometimes. Baltimore we do have to worry about scaling because when they finish with rentivating the weigh station on I-83 south it's probably going to be a 24/7 weight station. Leaving Harrisburg PA on I-81 north there are several weigh stations heading to Hazelton and Scranton/Wilksbarre that can be open.

Oh okay. Seen you were out of Wisconsin so I thought maybe you might be dispatched out of the Minneapolis area. My old boss that was here in St Louis now runs the ramp up there. Nathan Rozine is his name.

 

Gotchya. My old dispatcher in Chicago left to run the St Louis yard, Matt Kozar.

 

Wow that was before my time even. We have a few drivers that were here when Matt still was. We had Nathan when I came on and now have Luke.

 

I knew who matt was.... I knew Nate, I might have met luke.
