    He was a registered sex offender on parole and killed two people. I'm not losing any sleep over calling him out for the scumbag he is.

    Shaggy and Marksteven Thank this.

    You have zero info on this guy. You hear sex offender and you think you know everything there is to know. A pissed off wife or ex-wife can make you a registered sex offender.

    No, I don't know him. But I knew Jane. Not well, she was at LVH for a time. More of a friend of a friend. And this scumbag killed her. And another young man. I'm not going to lose any sleep or cry any tears for a sex offender. In PA, it must be PROVEN, not just by a pissed off wife. And I hope he spends a real good long time back in prison. She had two young boys and was a nurse, someone who dedicated her life to helping others. By the way, what he was arrested for:

    Aggravated Indecent Assault (18 Pa. C.S. § 3125)
    (a) Offenses Defined – Except as provided in sections 3121 (relating to rape), 3122.1 (relating to statutory sexual assault), 3123 (relating to involuntary deviate sexual intercourse) and 3124.1 (relating to sexual assault), a person who engages in penetration, however slight, of the genitals or #### of a complainant with a part of the person's body for any purpose other than good faith medical, hygienic or law enforcement procedure, commits aggravated indecent assault if:

    1. The person does so without the complainant's consent;
    2. The person does so by forcible compulsion;
    3. The person does so by threat of forcible compulsion that would prevent resistance by a person of reasonable resolution;
    4. The complainant is unconscious or the person knows that the complainant is unaware that the penetration is occurring;
    5. The person has substantially impaired the complainant's power to appraise or control his or her conduct by administering or employing, without the knowledge of the complainant, drugs, intoxicants, or other means for the purpose of preventing resistance;
    6. The complainant suffers from a mental disability, which renders the complainant incapable of consent;
    7. The complainant is less than 13 years of age; or
    8. The complainant is less than 16 years of age and the person is four or more years older than the complainant, and the complainant and the person are not married to each other.

    He was convicted of a sexual assault of a minor UNDER the age of 13 in 2006. And now he's killed 2 people. He can rot in hell for all I care.

    Shaggy, Marksteven, 48Packard and 2 others Thank this.

    Clearly you are letting your relationship with the victim cloud your judgement. What he did was no different than the Walmart driver but nobody is saying the Walmart driver should rot in hell.

    If the under 13 thing is true, and he was on parole, then that is up to the judicial system. They have more details than you and they decide what happens to him and they elected to put him on parole.

    Attitudes like yours don't help these people be productive members of society.

    "Perfect" ? i dont consider myself to be perfect and i bet joseph1135 doesnt think he's perfect either. we havent killed anyone and we didnt choose this career because its the only one that hires Criminals by the dozen. apparently you havent noticed the rash of
    "Professional drivers" not stopping in traffic/work zones causing carnage and death in the last few years. Is this the quality of #### we have to share the road with. I fully understand the distatse from the general motoring public against truckers today. I get concerned when i'm in my personal vehicle and billy big rig starts creeping up my but. Did this moron stay up all nite playing with his play station or is he high as a kite or screwing with his cell. You go ahead and support this dude but remember you and your loved ones can fall victim to any one of these A-holes

    As the father of a victim (who was FIVE YEARS OLD at the time), I could not give one #### diddly #### as to the chances of a perp such as this becoming a "productive member of society". #### them.

    I have absolutely no problem with giving anyone a second chance, even a convicted sex offender. But anyone who has a felony record has likely exercised bad judgement in their lives.
    Don't put them in a safety sensitive occupation until they have several years (5+) of proving by their actions they have learned and changed. Even then it is risky.
    Let him work in the plant.
    Has the trucking industry sunk to such a low position that this is the best we can do?

    joseph1135, Marksteven and 48Packard Thank this.
