Another deadly accident...2 dead, 9 injured (PA)

I would say the truck driver that caused this accident is going to go to prison for a long time.
Just because you have a criminal record dose not mean you should not be a truck driver. If
your stupid that is something else entirely. My condolences to the killed and injured. Maybe
if this industry would start paying drivers a fair wage and offer better benefits they would be
able to attract a better caliber driver and this type of thing would not happen so frequently.

 

If you have a criminal record, in my book that is proof of your stupidity.

 

well markstevens i have been out here as long as you i notice a lot of things.i see a lot of judgement on here,people wanting to turn each other in,convicted felon i have lots of friends who are of that status,one for pissing in public and now a sex offender for that.ban me moderator because most on here are sniveling sorry ### people.like most today.we all make mistakes

 

Or maybe it means that you didn't have enough money to hire a lawyer. If you've ever been falsely accused and charged with an offense, you would look differently upon things. All the cops and DA want is a conviction. I stand by my statement that he is no different than the thousands of other truck drivers that have fallen asleep. The courts are just like you guys and they will use his unrelated criminal record against him in court.

Every single one of you holier than thou types have nodded off at the wheel if you've been driving as long as your profile says. Only difference is that you woke up in time. Don't come on here and preach about how he should be treated differently because he is a sex offender. What if he robbed a 7-Eleven? I doubt if he would get the same treatment from you guys.

Explain why he should be treated any different than the Walmart guy.

 

He shouldn't. They both should go to prison for a very very long time. Actually, this POS should go longer because he's a convicted sex offender on parole who just killed 2 people.

The logic in here makes me a piece of #### because I have been to jail a few times but whatever. I agree he deserves whats coming to him but not because of his past.

 

He molested a child then killed two people while on parole. You are not the same as him.

 

Let's put it this way. He killed the mother of two young children. This isn't the first time he's destroyed a child's life. Once again he can rot in hell.
