Orientation has changed since I went thru it. Understand its 5-7 days and u get practice backing with the Auto. Quit fretting the Auto. Just remember when stopped keep firm pressure on the brake pedal. Really no different than a manual other than it upshifts and downshifts itself according to speed. U got questions send me a IM.

Have orientation on Dec 2 in Sioux Falls. Do they run all auto's or there some manuals still around. I love the auto's, last truck was 2015 volvo with auto, but really want experience in a manual. Also, how do they pay on miles? Hub or zip code to zip code? Any other information about orientation would be appreciated.

All trucks are autos. Miles are zip/zip. Kind of sucks. We use the 2013 Prostars. Not a bad truck. MCT is trying the new Macs but have changed their mind on them. I run Foliage loads and do better than average. I run refrigerated runs back to Florida. I like it. You will get 2500-3000 miles a wk, no problem. Hearing rumors of a new pay package soon.

not sure if I like the zip code to zip code thing vs, practical miles, but I guess if you don't have to track every mile for each state and turn in that type of report it might even out. Everything else sounded ok about the company except running automatics. not that I am opposed to automatics, but would prefer to learn shifting...wonder what new pay package will entail...

We will have to see. If it,all bump it up 2-3 CPM then I will probably stay here permanently. Medical Insurance is high but it is everywhere. Thank u obamacare. Ur higher paying companies want 2-3yrs OTR and clean record. Most drive autos. I have both.

I wanted to apply to them. Anyone got recent experience with them? Still all autos? Do the trucks have apus? How does the orientation go and how do the trainers do things? Thanks!

we run 2013 Prostars. Yes they are autos. Dearly love it. Trks have APUs. I run a flat screen, microvae and a plug in cooler. No problems. Have not their new Orientation. Mostly consists of spending a week there practicing. Most trainers are OK, David Birge is the best Trainer. Ask for him. We just got pay increase. Am happy with it. Overall its a good place to start.
