    It is one of those things that some of us drivers have to watch. Because I know a lot of guys that burn the bridge as they leave. And also some Companies will not answer any questions about former employs. I worked for one and when I wanted my old job back they jumped and rehired me. But they wouldn't answer any questions about me to anyone. nor will they today.

    After losing a $40,000 court case for bad mouthing a former driver on his DAC, my former employer has turned to bad mouthing drivers orally and giving them a good DAC. Thus, unless you hire an attorney to imposter a trucking company looking for a reference, you will never know why you are treated so poorly immediately after a phone reference when looking for a new job. There will never be a level playing field. Vengence is the common thread of trucking companies.
