so true, and I have spent money there, just for that reason.
-
They are building a new Wal-Mart right across the lot from that Cabelas, it will be interesting to see if they put those things up that are like 12'0 so trucks cannot enter the lot... We shall see..
-
I am sure they will just like on Hwy 30 in Indiana
-
that's not exactly correct, they may get a tax break for locating there and the local govt may provide infrastructure <as in roads<, but the locals don't build the actual buildings, and the sales tax alone makes it worth what it takes to get them to locate there.spyder7723 and Studebaker Hawk Thank this.
-
which is what the parking is for, not overnight.Studebaker Hawk Thanks this.
-
that was my point.
-
did anybody think, that it could be the CITY of Hammond, who is pushing this, in order to make a few $$$
Is there an office statement on this from Cabala's? Or just that sign.cowboy_tech Thanks this. -
Not sure on the statement, I just noticed the sign as I was pulling in the parking lot in my personal vehicle... -
you could surmise since the sign is at cabelas, its probably cabelas statement, and they got the city to enforce it.
