If the 89 is a aerocab it isn't original. The aerocab's didn't come out until late 94 or early 95.

I would go for the b model, but I don't mind older iron. Plus around here you can get a complete set of reman injectors for the b model. For just about the price of one c15 injector.

I've got an 07 Pete with a C15. With that said I would go with the B model.

No. An Aerocab is the sleeper design not the style of truck. You can get the aerocab on any of kenworth's models.A aerocab has the walk through from the cab to sleeper. The cab & sleeper are a one piece design although the sleeper can be removed to convert the truck into a day cab.

Most likely an Aerodyne sleeper like my pops truck in my sig. I vote for the b model due to good power and reliability without any of the emission problems.

This post should carry more weight than most of the others. An honest opinion.

A lot of 2nd owner warranties aren't worth the paper they are written on .. Some have so many loopholes that even if they cover something you lose a week or two due to downtime or get mad and pay for it yourself .. Another vote for the 89 if it's in good shape and priced right

The only problem I would have with the B model. Is availability of parts on the road. Very few part suppliers will have very little for a mechanical engine. Cat or Cummins. I am talking about injector lines and that type of part. If you have to go back to Cat for everything that could be a real pain in the pocket.
