Honestly this is a geopolitical thing to break russia because of the ukraine thing. It is having drastic effects on other nations economies that are less able to withstand the pressures, but i think it will be hard to break russia this way, at least in the short term. It could keep dropping, the price per barrel is in the $70's right now but it will start having effects on our own oil producers as they need a much higher price to sustain their operations, the only reason north dakota is viable is because of the price having been closer to the $100 mark. there have been booms in williston before. these prices are unsustainable in the long run.

I thought that is why prices are dropping, increase in domestic production.

I hope it doesn't drop anymore. lower fuel prices= lower rates.

nope, lower fuel surcharge not lower rates.

unless youre one of those guys who thinks he makes money off the fuel surcharge.

if I pay less in fuel and the fuel surcharge drops its a wash on fuel costs, unless of course youre a .90 cents a mile plus fuel surcharge guy, of which I am not.
