Yes thank you.
Every morning for the last 25 years I always check my oil and antifreeze before starting any equipment I have run.
I have been filling my truck to the MAX COOL every day and every morning it is down. I have documented it every day since I bought the truck in March.
So yesterday morning I checked it and it was down maybe 1/2 an inch from MAX COOL so I didn't add anything. So this morning (the 26th) it was about halfway from MAX COOL to MIN COOL. I will see what it is in the morning and hopefully it hasn't gone down. I had a 10 hour 300 mile trip today so I am expecting it to be lower but I hope not. I was expecting my low coolant warning to come on when returning to depot but it never did. I do know when I first got the truck the low coolant came on a few times. Once the truck shut down and luckily I had more with me and got going again. Have been keeping it topped off ever since but adding everyday.
On a positive note I discovered I am still under warranty till July 2016.
I am going to look at my oil sample results numbers and check out the results.
I also sent in a virgin sample today so eagerly awaiting the numbers on the sodium content on that one.
Maybe I can post my results of the high sodium tests and someone can look at my wear numbers and tell me if they are acceptable?
Yes Heavy, I was getting the signs of coolant out of the cap but I haven't for quite a while now.
Really appreciate all the help.
