I have two positive feeds from battery to starter. Had a bad wire connection at battery on one of the posts. My truck would be running fine. When I hit a bump it acted like someone turned the key off for about a second or two. My biggest concern was would this short the ECM. I replaced the ECM 6 months earlier.
I didn't see the broken connection until I took all the wires off the posts.
Replaced the end, the part cost $1.50. OHHhhh what a relief it was. Good luck
Electrical again, no one can figure out help!

AS skate-board the high idle and turn on the Jake when doing the wire wiggle you will hear it pop when you find the connection or wire.

I am having almost the same problem on my 09 Cascadia with a DD15 engine. I have taken it to a local mechanic and hes checked pretty much the same things you have checked and he also changed the crankshaft sensor with no luck. I am taking it to DD next week and will let you know what they find. Ive also made a post on here as well. -

RO,
did your truck formerly run a QualComm box?
if it did, find the wire and disconnect it from your truck where it connects to the ecm.
some guys have bought used company trucks that formerly ran QC boxes and wh n they disconnected the wire their problem was solved. You don't gave to remove the entire length of wire. Just disconnect it.ReeferOhio Thanks this. -
sounds like you have the 120 pin e.c.m.If you do,it is bad.In Michigan between humid summers, rainy spring, and cold winter this is a very common problem at my shop with the CAT 120 pin.Sometimes plays these tricks for a long time before failing completely.Good luck.
