    I have lots of questions.
    1. Do they have assigned trucks or slip seat?
    2. Do they have 10 or 13 speed transmissions?
    3. How often do you get home and for how long?
    4. How good is the benefits and cost of them.
    5. What about the dispatchers and the people you deal with in the company are they cool?
    6. If your son wanted to work for them what would you tell him?

The trucks are assigned. For the most part they are 10 speeds with a few being 13. The new trucks coming in are automatics. Once you learn the system of picking loads and back hauling you can get home frequently. They also have slip seats but a little harder to get on. Patience does pay off. Benefits for a family about 400-500 a month depending on the plan. For me it works out great. When I ran the road I tried to run as far as I could. Keep the left door closed. You could make a great living for yourself and your family.

It does have its ups and downs. Truck in the shop, freight on hold, and numerous other things. The dispatch office personal can be a little tough to get to know. I do know that if you run and don't complain that things tend to really get better. The main dispatchers will start to remember you and every now and then they'll get you a sweet load.

They should be recruiting for the area. I heard they just got new business up your way going as far as Pennsylvania. With it being new I wouldn't have an idea how frequently you would be home.

Nashville won't be your only terminal. There's Georgetown, Tupelo, West Memphis, Canton Ms and Princeton Indiana.
