    Hello All;

    I have about 14 hrs behind the wheel, and it is a humbling experience. I'm a real good car driver :biggrin_255:, but these articulated veehickles are sumpin else. I can go straight, and back pretty good. Parallel parking is coming along fine, the alley dock thing is my newest experience. No comment on my progress there. Not discouraged at all, but it seems one day I'm feeling pretty good about my maneuvers, and then the next day I feel like I fell back 2 days.

    I'm thinking/hoping that all at once it will just click and I will be able to intuitively know which way to turn the wheel. Guess that comes with experience. Hope to test early Jan. '15.

    Any other newbies on here, feeling like I do?

    Regards to all

    Hal

    Think more about how the tractor needs to be placed to make the trailer do what you want, then put the tractor there. The tractor is simply the vehicle to get the trailer into the right position. Remember our job is to move trailers around, not tractors. Good Luck!
