Parked Here for the Night

With the construction and the coop that never closed I'm shocked it's not a daily occurance.

 

Boy the California drivers don't like rain. They can't drive like its NASCAR


It must be the day everyone's having something happen.

I get to my shipper to pick a container up. Easy easy. But no can't have easy.
I have a small 29' H-beam on the tail section.

In the spot they need to put the container. So. I tell them. Lift my beam. I'll roll Back and you set it on front.

A "suit" comes outside, who should of never left his desk. Makes a huge fuss. Now. No container and I'm chaining my beam down again. Uggggg

 

Parked at the J in Charleston MO would have delivered tomorrows ld today but they stopped receiving at 3pm central and i could not make it till 3:15 central they said no on those few min past oh well. Drop in the am head to Cairo IL pick up and head to West Chicago to drop Friday Morning.
Anyone know a good parking spot near Hawthorne lane in W. Chicago?

 

Petro in Glendale Ky. Headed toward Katy, Tx for a weekend with my girls. Will be there Friday. Will then wake up early Saturday and offload and be back before they even wake up and stay till Monday

 

Made it to the Petro in Effingham. Ran out of want to, so decided to kick back a lil early. Start dropping in Normal Il then final in the Windy. The National Finals starts tomorrow night, so I'm ready for 10 days of listening on the radio. Might catch a go-round or 2 on the boob tube if I get to the house in time. Should be a good one. Glad he didn't have to turn at all. Wow!

 

Y'all won't ever believe this a Swifty was involved in the maylay on the river bridge this morning. The way they were stacked out hard to say who did what to whom. Anyway I'm headed back to Mo.

 

When I was dropping at WalMart DC in London this morning, Schneider driver got out of his truck to check in, closed the door then immediately realized he was locked out. DOH!!
