That was probably a micro-burst scenario (straight-line winds) from a nearby storm, and came out of nowhere basically to have laid over all those trucks simultaneously. Hard to predict when/where such an event might occur

I've noticed deer sleeping along the highway, sometimes with red Kool-aid coming out of their mouth after they left the party. i think the pic is doctored.
