What makes you think Werner isn't going to expect you to operate in snow and ice? Newbs don't get dedicated or regional accounts right away. You better buy some snow boots and a shovel, buddy. Those cushy warm weather gigs might have a two year wait list.

 

Nothing wrong with some snow drivin. You learn to love it and you won't ever have to question your self again. You'll think oh man snow this week? Oh well bring it on.

 

Don't ya'll make this happen or you'll get 10 years of bad juju! And by 'juju' I mean butt juice.

I just had to point this out to someone the other day: This is a trucking forum, not English class, and grammar nazism is rather discouraged around here. Just an FYI!

OMG.....I nearly spit out my coffee this morning reading the original post!!! Thank you not only for the humor but the candidness of your post. As a trucker's S/O it's nice to get a glimpse into what other truck drivers endure. I am sorry that your experience as a "newbie" wasn't all that it was promised to be.....I am sure that by now you are beyond that horrible but yet so flipping funny situation.
