The Bulk Division of Schneider National is an excellent place to get training and "Valuable" experience. -
Where you able to begin in the bulk division, or did you have to start out in van, etc., and move over later? Are there any tips to finding an opening in the bulk division that you know of?

Hey stormdriven I'm on my last week at cdl school and I've been accepted to Schneider's tanker division. I live in macon, ga. Any advice you can give me would be much appreciated. I'm trying to decide between them and a flatbed company. Really wanted to go with tmc but they denied me for some reason. Thanks man

I did 7 years dragging boxes for JB Hunt Transport. And 3 years with Ryder Dedicated Logistics. And 3 months with the Bulk Division of Dupree. I never pulled a box with Schneider.

Oh I thought you were the one that said they worked for Schneider's tanker division. My bad

After you do 2 years at SNBC, Flatbeding is a good place / Skill-set to acquire, lots $ in transportation of odd shaped OD stuff. Never did it myself but here good things + the additional virtue occasionally getting exercise.
I would guess they will be running you off the yard in Savannah. Training in Reserve I presume. -
