The cop can say what he believes to be true, just as you are...
The judge will decide... but since you already admitted to speeding into the town, why would you not speed on your way out of town?
Your shot yourself in the credibility department already.
He has the radar, his reputation, on his side... what do you have? you already admit to liking to speed.
I learned something today.....SPEEDING

Oh so ignore the 36 in a 30?, sorry I guess I did not have the proper context! Half of you guys sound like you belong in a political forum, Ignorant far right and arrogant far left, lol.

What? Not sure why you quoted me, prolly just an oversight, but I think I get your point..It's all good..
Hopefully if the OP was set up he gets cleared.. If the cop really did write him a bogus ticket thats messed up and should be fought just for the principle.. We have too much to lose to just accept BS tickets because they think we won't fight them because we're not aroundrank Thanks this. -
huh? driving school hit a home run here it would appear.when this two year's experience is up to 6 or 7 years worth, reckon this glib attitude will have done a 180?rank Thanks this.

I'm not sure why people even bother to post on TTR that they ever did anything wrong so that others may benefit. It's not really worth the abuse. I'm quite certain that many of you don't read or you are just trolling for angry replies to get posts locked down. Whatever turns your cranks.
I have reiterated several times that it's not about the 36 in a 30, but rather the way he stalked me to get a higher number on the radar. I went back and measured it off tonight with my 4 wheeler. He followed me for 1.4 miles through town and then followed me for another .7 miles into the 50 mph zone so he could get his reading. If I was speeding through town like he said, he had plenty of time to pull me over but he waited until I was well into the 50. I wonder why?
To those that feel comfortable handing over their rights to the cops, be my guest but I will fight for mine thank you.Last edited: Dec 10, 2014

Really? LOL what a joke. What do I have? I will S-P-E-L-L-I-T-O-U-T-A-G-A-I-N:
1. he couldn't pull me over until I got into a 50 zone.
2. clean 5 year commercial vehicle record
3. 31 years without an at fault accident.
I'll put that up against a punk with a gun and some experience as a mall cop. Thanks for your insight though.Last edited: Dec 10, 2014

Admits to speeding, even brags about it....
gets upset when he has to pay the price...
Made statement yard was only a few miles away.
so YOU drive through that town many times...
They have noticed you speeding ways...
and now have nailed you for it...
People who break the law, then come here and complain about it expecting sympathy, and get upset when called on their BS. -
If the cop popped him for doing 36 in the 30, he would have never posted here. That is NOT the issue. The issue is the cop popped him for doing 45 in a 50 zone claiming it was the 35 zone.
