    Got the truck back, wallet a bunch lighter, new upper engine wiring harness, fuel pump (said it was leaking oli into the fuel) and an MCM... aka ECM. So far so good. It was in for EGR-related stuff, Dr Freightliner tracked it down to wiring going to the EGR actuator, and so far the check engine and engine malfunction lights are happy campers. This will be interesting because I've often thought the OnGuard software errors I get from time to time were wiring related too.

    Picking up one at the yard in SLC going to Clackamas OR.
